Transcend Athleisure was born from a simple belief: the gym is about more than building your body. It's about building yourself.

My name is Sukh, founder of Transcend Athleisure. I was born in Italy and raised in Birmingham, UK. Like many people, I found the gym during a period of my life when I needed direction. I started training at 15 years old as a skinny kid looking to improve himself, but what I found was far greater than physical change.

The gym gave me clarity.

It silenced the noise, taught me resilience, and showed me what really mattered. Through training, I discovered a community built on discipline, hard work, and self-improvement. Every challenge overcome inside the gym translated into confidence outside of it.

That journey is what inspired Transcend.

The word "transcend" means to rise above, overcome obstacles, and reach levels you never thought were possible. To break ceilings. To become more than you were yesterday.

Our motto, "Surpass Your Limits", reflects that mindset. It represents the belief that growth happens when you push beyond what feels comfortable. Whether that's in the gym, your career, your relationships, or your personal goals, progress begins when you refuse to accept your current limits.

Transcend Athleisure was created for people whose identity is built on self-improvement. The early mornings, the late nights, the sessions nobody sees, and the commitment to becoming better every day.
